Yummy... The taste of June

Hi, Went for a short walk down at the conservation land this afternoon,and stopped by the Raspberry patch.There were quite a few of these ripe ones, so I picked a bunch for tonight's dessert. I love those little sponge cake rounds,used for Strawberry short cake, filled with these,and topped with" real" whipped cream.  yup can't wait till dinner time for this treat!
