Energy packed Breakfast

Hi, well it's snowing right now( light flurries),and  ( if I didn't get enough 2days ago ), the weather outside is cold and very dark. So this means it's not worth going out n about...so being somewhat of a "Foodie", I made an energy packed breakfast to fuel me up for whatever Mother Nature throws at me today...
  To add insult to injury, we also have another 16 inches slated for tomorrow....should start later this morning, and last till late Monday evening...Why couldn't Mother Nature have given us a bunch of little storms spread out over the past 3 months.....

 This is a bowl of Apple, cinnamon, raisin and brown sugar Oatmeal. I made a big batch so the whole family would be ready to go out and deal with the elements. Nancy made a dozen Banana muffins to go with this.... Gotta love her for that, as these muffins are my favorite! (Posting a shot of them also)...
