Double tooth prominent Caterpillar

Last evening after we had a thunder storm roll through, I took a walk down to south end pond in my town. Along the dirt road is lots of bushes and small trees, and I find most of my caterpillars there. Well I found this one on a small tree. It's a FIRST for me, and It is really cool looking.
