An Otter surprise

Hi, well today I actually had some decent weather for a change. I went to my favorite marsh, and while there I spotted this Otter as it came across some ice up stream from me, and slid back into the water. Next thing I know it comes popping up through a hole in the ice next to some reeds. It was like it just stopped to look around for a few seconds, and then it went back down the hole. I never saw it again.
  I love it when neat things like this happen... you just never know what you'll see while out in the marshes.
